The screen shows “no signal”, what can I do?

If you see “No Signal” screen, please check and confirm all cables are connected correctly, unplug and re-plug the HDMI cable, or try a new HDMI cable.

Why doesn’t the touch work?

You must connect the middle full-feature Type C port with the device in use to get the touch to work.

Why is the screen balck even though my PC recognizes it?

Insufficient power supply may cause the screen flickering or going black, please connect to an external power source to solve the issue.

How to calibrate the touch?

On Windows, Go to Control Panel, upper right corner switch to “Large Icons” click on “Tablet PC Settings” and click “Setup”.
