How to use:

1. Hold down the “SET” button in the “Keyboard Area” on the set-top box remote for about 3–4 seconds. The learning light on the top of the “TV Keypad” area will either stay on or blink. Then, release the button.

2. Align the front of the TV remote with the front of the set-top box remote, keeping a distance between them of about 1 cm to 8 cm.

3. Press the power button on the TV remote until the indicator light flashes once, then let go of the button.

4. On the TV, press and release the power button. The light will blink and then stay on, showing that the power button has been learned successfully.

5. Repeat steps 3–4 for the remaining buttons you want to program.

6. Finally, press the “Set” button on the set-top box remote to turn off the light and end the learning mode.

How to enter letters:

Switch to “mouse” mode by pressing the bottom-left button. Move the cursor to the input area, and a keyboard will show up on the screen. Use the pointer to select and type the letters you need.
